I have now sold and purchased three homes from him and his expertise on market values and the area helped me get my latest forever home at a value that was totally fair at the time of high inflation, he also listed my home at a price that was more than I originally paid and let to an offer 1st weekend we had it on the market that was over asking and the terms were amazing as well.
